Listings shown on CatchBuys are aggregated from third-party marketplaces. We do not vet, endorse or verify the financial claims made by sellers or brokers. Any acquisition decision is yours alone — do your own due diligence.

Data accuracy

We refresh our data at least daily, but pricing, MRR, multiple and other metrics may be stale or incorrect at any time. The original broker listing is the source of truth — always confirm there before reaching out to a seller.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape CatchBuys at high volume — use the source brokers directly if you need bulk data.
• Don't republish CatchBuys data as your own.
• Don't bypass rate limits or attempt to overload the service.

Trademarks

Broker names and logos shown on CatchBuys (Flippa, Empire Flippers, Quiet Light…) belong to their respective owners. We surface them to identify the source of each listing.
